Meet every first Thursday of the month usually at 1730. Hare is determined by Jun Ken Po (paper/scissors/rock) between all pack members. If the hare is snagged, the snagger becomes the new hare with a 3-minute start. One and only standing *rule* is that the last hare determines the location for the next hash.
